Imagine your IT infrastructure as a ship sailing across the vast digital ocean. Azure Site Recovery<\/strong><\/a> acts as a lighthouse, ensuring your ship always finds its way back to a safe harbor, no matter the storms it faces.<\/span><\/p>\n

A rescue team in the face of disaster<\/h3>\n

Azure Site Recovery<\/strong> also works like a rescue team, enabling the replication, failover, and recovery of Azure<\/strong> virtual machines, as well as on\u2011premises physical and virtual servers.<\/span><\/p>\n

This means that, in the event of a planned or unplanned outage, your applications can continue running smoothly by being automatically transferred to a secondary location.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Azure Site Recovery is easy to implement and cost\u2011effective<\/strong>. You can configure the replication of an Azure<\/strong> virtual machine to a different region directly from the Azure portal<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

It also updates automatically<\/strong> with new Azure features as they are released, minimizing recovery issues by sequencing the startup order of multi\u2011tier applications running across multiple virtual machines.<\/span><\/p>\n

Azure Site Recovery, hereafter (ASR), primarily automates and replicates hybrid environments. It allows us to replicate virtual machines \u2014 even across regions \u2014 as well as on\u2011premises machines and more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
