For a company that's just starting to work with Frontier, it's usually wiser to set up a pilot group.<\/p>\n<h3>When to choose a specific group<\/h3>\n<p>Activation by users or groups is especially recommended when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The company wants to evaluate a specific agent.<\/li>\n<li>There still isn't an internal AI usage policy.<\/li>\n<li>We work with sensitive business information.<\/li>\n<li>It's necessary to validate the behavior of the functionality.<\/li>\n<li>They want to measure the impact before expanding access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The group can start with limited tasks, document the results, and pass the conclusions on to the team responsible for Microsoft 365.<\/p>\n<h3>When to expand access<\/h3>\n<p>The organization can consider an expansion when it has verified:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The usefulness of the function in real-life situations.<\/li>\n<li>The adjustment of the existing permissions.<\/li>\n<li>The quality and reliability of the results.<\/li>\n<li>The training needs of the users.<\/li>\n<li>The necessary controls to keep supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The purpose shouldn't be to activate all possible new features, but to identify the ones that solve real business needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Best practices for testing AI agents in Frontier<\/h2>\n<p>Early access adds value when it's accompanied by an organized evaluation process.<\/p>\n<h3>Define concrete use cases<\/h3>\n<p>Before trying an agent, figure out what problem it should solve.
