{"id":7173,"date":"2016-06-28T07:30:44","date_gmt":"2016-06-28T05:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.abd.es\/?p=7669"},"modified":"2023-11-30T17:04:11","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T16:04:11","slug":"erp-crm-that-is-the-question","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/en\/2016\/06\/erp-crm-that-is-the-question\/","title":{"rendered":"ERP o CRM that is the question"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan mi experiencia, no muchas PYMES tienen claro las diferencias entre CRM y ERP pues bien, en este post intentar\u00e9 explicar, brevemente, en qu\u00e9 consiste cada una de ellas y enumerar algunas de diferencias que existen entre las dos soluciones para que pod\u00e1is valorarlas y elegir la que m\u00e1s se adapta a las necesidades de vuestras empresas.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7672\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7672\" style=\"width: 344px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7672 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/erp_crm.jpg\" alt=\"ERP - CRM\" width=\"344\" height=\"349\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7672\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) &#8211; Customer Relationship Management (CRM)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ERP (<strong>Enterprise Resource Planning<\/strong>), es decir, sistema de planificaci\u00f3n de recursos empresariales.<br \/>\nCRM (<strong>Customer Relationship Management<\/strong>), o software para la gesti\u00f3n de las relaciones con el cliente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las diferencias esenciales entre ambas soluciones son:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Por la cobertura funcional<\/strong><br \/>\nUn ERP est\u00e1 compuesto por varios m\u00f3dulos que se pueden identificar\u00a0con las diversas \u00e1reas de la empresa, producci\u00f3n, log\u00edstica, distribuci\u00f3n, facturaci\u00f3n y contabilidad son los m\u00f3dulos que se suelen instalar cuando una empresa implementa un ERP.\u00a0Un CRM consta de m\u00f3dulos para la gesti\u00f3n de clientes, ventas y marketing (y s\u00f3lo en algunos casos gesti\u00f3n de servicio a clientes).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Por su objetivo:<\/strong><br \/>\nUn ERP est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para la gesti\u00f3n y control de los procesos y procedimientos de la empresa con la premisa de \u00abun dato en un unico lugar\u00bb, mientras que el CRM se centra en la gesti\u00f3n de las ventas y los clientes que la empresa tiene.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Por el tama\u00f1o de la empresa<\/strong><br \/>\nSe debe tener en cuenta a la hora de elegir el software a emplear. Un ERP est\u00e1 pensado para empresas medianas o grandes, una empresa peque\u00f1a no va a poder aprovechar todo el potencial que un ERP puede desarrollar ya que muchos m\u00f3dulos no se llegar\u00e1n a utilizar. Un CRM s\u00ed que se puede adaptar a empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as porque se centra en la gesti\u00f3n de clientes .<\/li>\n<li><strong>Por la envergadura del proyecto<\/strong><br \/>\nLa implementaci\u00f3n es la mayor barrera que las empresas encuentran a la hora de plantearse un software de gesti\u00f3n, como norma general, es muy diferente en ambos casos. Un CRM es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y \u00e1gil de instalar ya que no contempla casi todas las \u00e1reas de la empresa, en el caso de un ERP el proceso es mucho m\u00e1s complejo ya que al abarcar un gran n\u00famero de \u00e1reas de la empresa se complica todo un poco m\u00e1s y la implementaci\u00f3n suele alargarse m\u00e1s en el tiempo y suele ser m\u00e1s \u201ctraum\u00e1tico\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Por la inversi\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nEste es un aspecto cr\u00edtico, los costes de ambas herramientas son muy diferentes. Un CRM es m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico al controlar menos \u00e1reas de la empresa y al alargarse menos el tiempo su implementaci\u00f3n. Un ERP tiene un coste m\u00e1s elevado, adem\u00e1s, al utilizarlo m\u00e1s personas de la empresa, el coste de las licencias de uso tambi\u00e9n har\u00e1 que el precio total suba.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pueden existir otras diferencias pero no son las mas importantes a considerar a la hora de decidir que necesita mi empresa, tambi\u00e9n cabe decir que ambos programas no son incompatibles, de hecho algunas empresas que optan por una integraci\u00f3n entre ambos<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfTienes m\u00e1s dudas entre las diferencias entre CRM\u00a0y ERP?
