header_6_text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&#8243; z_index_tablet=\u00bb500&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>El plazo de dos meses de adaptaci\u00f3n a la nueva normativa ya ha finalizado.<\/strong> A partir del 12 de mayo es obligatorio para todas las empresas llevar un control diario de la jornada laboral de sus trabajadores, independientemente de la flexibilidad horaria de estos y del lugar de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>El incumplimiento se considerar\u00e1 infracci\u00f3n grave y podr\u00e1 sancionarse con hasta 6.250 \u20ac.<\/strong> Deber\u00e1 adem\u00e1s entregarse al trabajador, y en caso de solicitarlo, al representante de los trabajadores y a la inspecci\u00f3n de trabajo, el resumen mensual de la jornada y de las horas extraordinarias u otros horarios especiales que se hayan realizado.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Todo ello debe hacerse conforme a la ley de protecci\u00f3n de datos (tanto la normativa europea -GDPR-, como la nacional -LOPDyGDD-). Si bien es obligatorio el registro en todos los casos, por lo que deberemos tener en cuenta los requerimientos del puesto de trabajo. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En funci\u00f3n de todo ello <strong>debemos elegir un medio de registro<\/strong>, desde hojas de c\u00e1lculo impresas hasta aplicaciones m\u00f3viles. En ese sentido la ley solo exige que sea un medio fiable. Ante lo que los inspectores de trabajo recomiendan instalar sistemas mecanizados o informatizados. El m\u00e1s habitual es el control de acceso con tarjeta, firma o alg\u00fan sistema de reconocimiento: biom\u00e9trico, facial, de iris, de voz, etc. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>En ese sentido ABD Consultor\u00eda y Soluciones Inform\u00e1ticas, adem\u00e1s de ofrecer un sistema completo de control de acceso, ha desarrollado una aplicaci\u00f3n web para poder fichar desde cualquier sitio y con cualquier dispositivo<\/strong>, con registro de entradas, salidas, pausas y geolocalizaci\u00f3n.
