En este post vamos a analizar el procedimiento a seguir en Business Central. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">With <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/en\/soluciones-3\/microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Microsoft Dynamics Business Central platform<\/strong><\/a>, de manera est\u00e1ndar, es posible gestionar de una manera completa y sencilla los procesos de emisi\u00f3n de cuotas y su cobro para ello se cuenta con, adem\u00e1s de muchas otras funcionalidades, con dos conjuntos de procesos que detallamos en este post:<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ventas peri\u00f3dicas y<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0Cobros por adeudo directo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18212\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Cuotas1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"161\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">El primer paso ser\u00e1 configurar las <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/es-es\/dynamics365\/business-central\/sales-how-work-standard-lines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>l\u00edneas de ventas peri\u00f3dicas<\/strong><\/a> como el ejemplo siguiente.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dentro la l\u00ednea de venta peri\u00f3dica se pueden incluir, cuentas contables, productos, recursos, cargos de producto as\u00ed como textos fijos para que aparezcan en la factura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18205\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Cuotas2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"294\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Una vez definida la modalidad de cuota se deber\u00e1 indicar en la ficha de cliente como debe comportarse esa venta peri\u00f3dica, es decir, especificar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Vigencia<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Forma y termino de pago<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mandato (Id de orden de domiciliaci\u00f3n)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18206\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Cuotas3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"107\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tras esto podemos utilizar la tarea \u201ccrear facturas de venta peri\u00f3dicas\u201d para automatizar la creaci\u00f3n de las facturas de cuotas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18207\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Cuotas4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"433\" height=\"156\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">El proceso automatizado de creaci\u00f3n de facturas de venta peri\u00f3dica solicitara la fecha en la que se desea generar la factura y su registro, as\u00ed como otros filtros adicionales<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18208\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cuotas5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"392\" height=\"370\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Al aceptar en esta ventana, se crear\u00e1n las factura seg\u00fan los filtros que se establezcan el ella:<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18209\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cuotas6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"203\" height=\"61\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En este caso, la factura creada es:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18210\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cuotas7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"459\" height=\"476\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tras su registro, con posibilidad de impresi\u00f3n o de env\u00edo por correo electr\u00f3nico ser\u00e1 posible su gesti\u00f3n de cobro a trav\u00e9s de la funcionalidad <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/es-es\/dynamics365\/business-central\/finance-collect-payments-with-sepa-direct-debit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cobro por Adeudo Directo<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18211\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abd.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Cuotas8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"399\" height=\"234\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Desde la ventana <strong>\u00abcobro por adeudo directo\u00bb<\/strong> ser\u00e1 posible el env\u00edo del fichero SEPA con formato xlm a la entidad bancaria para que gestione el cobro o el descuento de los recibos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bfDesea m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre este proceso?
