As I have been explaining, the structured methodology we follow consists of five fundamental parts, which are the following:

Project Planning / Project Management

A stage that often goes unnoticed, yet it lays the foundation for the entire project. Through departmental meetings, we define the project development plan, assess impact and processes, identify potential remediations or improvements, and—above all—establish clear objectives.

Consulting

Another fundamental milestone for a successful implementation. This phase involves studying and analyzing the company’s current situation and functional needs—key elements for ensuring the future success of the implementation. The team at ABD Consulting and IT Solutions prepares a document known as the Project Requirements Document (PRD), a complete guide to the entire process that ensures the client receives full documentation from start to finish.

Migration and Implementation

Once the two initial stages have been completed, we move on to the installation phase, where we deploy the necessary hardware and software. This is carried out by a certified startup team, whether in system infrastructure or cloud computing.

Training

I always emphasize that this is one of the most significant stages, as it is essential for the company and its employees to adopt the solution properly. The goal is to transfer knowledge so they can make the most of the system. In our implementations, we do NOT provide tutorial videos or pre‑recorded guided processes. Instead, we deliver high‑quality, personalized training, working side by side with users.

Follow‑up

Personally, I prefer to call it “accompaniment” rather than follow‑up, because we walk together on this path toward success. We understand this phase as ongoing support to continue growing, contributing new ideas and solutions for the future—in short, a support service that is both responsive and evolutionary.
