"A disaster; last week I had to travel to a country with a different language and time zone to give presentations from Microsoft 365. Everything went wrong." This comment came from a client who had to travel outside Spain and needed to adapt to the time and language conditions of the area he traveled to. Afterward, he asked us how he could change this so it wouldn't happen to him or his colleagues again.
Performing this action is very simple. We just need to access our Microsoft 365 portal with our credentials. Once inside, we go to the gear icon we'll see in the upper right corner of the interface.
When we expand it, the option to change the language and time zone appears.
We click it and once inside we can change the options that interest us.
As we can see, today we present a very simple feature to modify that perhaps not all users know about but that, as happened to the user at the beginning, can get us out of trouble at any moment.
