Microsoft 365, depending on the license assigned to us, offers a multitude of applications. On the portal's home screen, we can see all of them. Having too many doesn't always mean something is better, nor do we have to use everything. It's true that each Microsoft 365 application offers a productivity tool that can be very useful for our daily work.
However, like everything in life, we probably use some applications more than others. Being able to organize these app access points and keep only the ones we use most can save us a few seconds when accessing these tools and help organize our work.
Organizing these applications is very simple. We just need to click the nine-dot button in the top left corner, and the available applications will expand.
After that, we'll see the app list. Clicking the three dots shows options for organizing them.
Here, the most interesting option is "Unpin from launcher." This way, we can remove apps we don't need from this section and quickly identify and access the ones that interest us.
Conversely, we can add apps back to this menu. To do so, just click "Explore all apps" and, on the new screen that appears, open the app you want.
That app will automatically appear again on the home screen. This keeps the app menu clean and accessible with the applications we use most.
Vacation period is approaching, and we might need to access our Microsoft 365 apps from a web environment at some point. This app access configuration management can make it easy to find them.
We're fully available to handle your requests, questions, and inquiries. If you wish, you can contact us through our usual channels, and we'll help you.
