Many times we find ourselves with a Teams meeting or remote event and don't remember or have the link or access recorded. In these cases, we usually search old emails for the link or call the meeting organizer to remind us. However, all our Teams meetings and access can be found directly from the Teams calendar. Plus, we'll have the option to join meetings right from the calendar itself.
The only thing we need to do to access them is open Teams and go to the Calendar app.
Inside the calendar, we'll see our registered and accepted meetings, including Teams ones.
We can select any of them and see the option to join the meeting directly.
Additionally, if the date and time match an ongoing meeting, the option to join will appear automatically.
This also works when viewing Teams from a smartphone, allowing us to join meetings from anywhere. With this article, we wanted to show how from the Teams calendar we can access our meetings without leaving the app or wasting time searching email records or meeting acceptances.
If you want more information about Teams or any other Microsoft 365 app, don't hesitate to contact us through our usual channels and we'll help you.
