The Vinotec solution for Dynamics NAV and Business Central, designed for wineries, incorporates a new module called SILICIE, which covers all the functionality required to comply with the SILICIE regulations (Immediate Supply of Accounting Records for Excise Duties), in force since January 1, 2020. The most relevant points include:
- The accounting records for Excise Duties must be managed through the AEAT’s electronic portal, by electronically submitting accounting entries from the obligated establishments:
- Factories
- Tax warehouses
- Fiscal storage facilities
- Receiving warehouses
- Vinegar factories
- The content of the accounting entries to be submitted is defined, along with the procedures, deadlines, and submission format.
- Informative declarations are reduced: operation declarations are no longer required when the Excise Duties accounting is maintained through the AEAT electronic portal.
SILICIE Module for Vinotec
The functionality included in the module consists of:
- Importing stock movements into the SILICIE journal
- Direct editing of movements within the SILICIE journal
- Sending movements via web service
- Sending movements via CSV
- Cancelling movements
- Historical inquiries
To implement the SILICIE module in Vinotec, the following modules are required: Winery, Harvest, Bottling, and additionally EMCS for trading companies.

This module can be configured for any company working with VinoTEC or solutions developed for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
